Traveller marketplace
Browse real, live offers across the travel and experience categories and move from discovery to checkout without a dead end. A reservation is held for 20 minutes while the traveller decides.
Mobile app
All 25 categories with the same detail pages as the website. Travellers get a real price and pay a deposit or in full inside the app, and can look around before creating an account.
My Trip planner and basket checkout
One place where a whole journey comes together, and several bookings finished in a single checkout.
Live flight booking
Flights connected to a live external flight-booking service, and sea-plane trips booked through a reserved-seat process.
Provider onboarding for 25 business categories
Step-by-step registration covering business details and location, services, staff and guides, photos, insurance and safety, policies and pricing, with forms that adapt to what each business offers.
CMS review workflow
Administrators approve, reject or return provider applications for changes, providers resubmit, and chosen staff receive automatic email notifications at each step.
Multilingual platform
The platform grew from six languages to 51, so travellers and providers can use it in their own language.
Payments and provider payoutsIn progress
Stripe checkout tested across every path, and provider payment onboarding, as the final piece of the booking journey.
The challenge
GoFlyAdventure set out to bring very different kinds of travel business, from hotels and airlines to ski schools, yacht charters and destination weddings, into one marketplace. Each category needs its own registration, pricing and booking rules, while travellers expect a single, simple journey from discovery to payment, in their own language.
Our role
Digital product development for the platform: the web app and CMS, the traveller and business mobile app, and the provider onboarding and booking flows, working alongside the platform's backend team, with weekly progress reporting to the client.
Approach
Categories were built in batches on a shared, step-by-step booking foundation, so each new category reused tested work. Every batch was checked by automated tests and an independent review against the website and backend rules before it was considered complete.
Results
As of October 2026, all 25 travel and experience categories can be browsed, booked and paid for in the mobile app, and the platform is available in 51 languages.
